Check your inbox - it will be emailed directly to you, the purchaser, to forward on to the lucky recipient

Use within 30 months of the date of issue

Apply the unique voucher code when buying Birdworld tickets or experiences online, OR

Redeem it in person at Birdworld by printing it off or showing it on a phone screen

The remaining balance will be automatically updated. Keep track by checking your receipt after using the voucher, or ask a cashier at any till point to check for you, any time.

Encounter, interact and bond with the birds

If behind-the-scenes is really your scene, or would be for someone you know, make it happen with a Birdworld experience.

For those of us who love birds and wildlife, being able to go beyond the barrier is a rare treat. Experiences start from just £75 and include a chance to interact with the chosen species, one-to-one time with an enthusiastic keeper, access to restricted areas, free entry to the Park and a memento to take home.

Join our keepers for a special - and lively - feeding time at either Penguin Beach or Penguin Island. It’s a rare opportunity to quiz our friendly conservation experts about these incredible Antarctic adventurers.

You’ll learn everything you ever wanted to know through funny stories, eye-opening facts and hands-on interaction with the penguins.

What do I need to know?

  • This experience is suitable for ages 7+.
  • The number of people who can participate in this experience at one time is dependant on the experience you choose. The rest of your party are very welcome to watch and take photos from the public viewing area.
  • Two slots are available for booking; 11am and 3:30pm.
  • The experience lasts 20-25 mins (approx.)
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your experience begins to meet the keepers and have your briefing. You may enjoy the rest of the Park at your leisure afterwards.
  • Entry to the Park is included in the voucher, so you won’t need to buy a separate ticket for the person attending the experience. Any extra admission tickets will need to be purchased for the others in your party.
  • After your experience, you will be presented with a beautiful Birdworld memento to take home. 
  • For every experience sold, there will be a donation contribution to our conservation fund. Read more about the impact your purchase will make here.
